Mark Zill Chief Operating Officer
Mark Zillbrings over 25 years of experience in the software industry, in a variety of leadership positions. He brings to GoldenSource a strong, proven background in leading software organizations to achieve scalable and profitable growth. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mark has executive responsibilities for product management, product development, customer care and international operations.
Prior to joining GoldenSource, Mark served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions (CFACS) a software division of the CheckFree Corporation. At CFACS, Mark led an international team to achieve consistent profitability and business growth for 5 years. In 2003, Mark led the acquisition and subsequent integration into CFACS of HelioGraph, a complementary London based business delivering software solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to joining CheckFree, Mark was one of the co-founders of JGI/Baan, a US based successful mid-market systems integration company. Earlier, Mark served in various management capacities for Dun & Bradstreet Software and as a software consultant for several New York-based financial services organizations.
Mark complete holds a Bachelor's degree from City University of New York and subsequently did graduate studies in Business and Computer Science at Hunter College and New York University. |

Dave Goodman Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of GoldenSource, Dave Goodman is responsible for the company’s overall financial discipline and business control, while helping to steer corporate direction and growth strategy. Key departments reporting to him include finance, information systems, risk management and facilities.
Dave has considerable expertise in financial management, with global financial experience and public company background demonstrating in-depth knowledge in many finance and business related areas including mergers & acquisitions, taxes and strategic financial planning. He also has a strong record of building and managing highly effective and efficient finance and business operations.
He previously served as CFO and Executive Director of Superscape Group plc, a UK traded technology and video game publishing company. Previously, he held similar senior financial positions at Christie's, the international auction house; PersonalPath Systems, a privacy/technology based healthcare company; Bloomberg LP and Sony Music Entertainment.
Dave began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He also holds an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Thomas G. Seaman SVP, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors
Tom Seaman heads up GoldenSource's legal department and is responsible for the provision of a host of complex legal services, including advising senior management on global operations, oversight of all customer and partner agreements and advising GoldenSource's Board of Directors. Tom has held senior legal positions, including General Counsel, for BenefitPoint Holding Corp., Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. and Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. Before becoming an in-house counsel, Tom practiced law at Shearman & Sterling, a leading global law firm headquartered in New York. In over 20 years of practicing law, Tom has developed extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas including corporate, securities, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, international legal affairs and intellectual property matters.
Tom graduated with honors from Columbia University (A.B.) and St. John's University School of Law (J.D.), where he was a member of the Law Review. Tom also completed an advanced program of study in the U.S. Securities Laws at Harvard University School of Law. Tom is the author or co-author of a number of legal articles and is a frequent lecturer on legal topics. Tom is a member of the New York and California Bar. |

Kirsten Behncke Colyer SVP Global Human Resources
Reporting into Michael Meriton, President and CEO, Kirsten heads up the global Human Resources function at GoldenSource. Kirsten has a proven track record of aligning business practices with corporate goals, strategies, and values.
Within her 20 years of professional HR experience Kirsten held a global HR management function at Knight-Ridder Financial (now owned by Reuters) before joining AIG as Director of Organizational Development. During her time at AIG, Kirsten was responsible for the centralized executive development and succession planning function of AIG’s Life Insurance Division’s 15,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Kirsten then joined Scient, Inc., an IT consulting company, where she guided the company through periods of tremendous growth, contraction and change as Managing Director, Human Resources.
Before joining GoldenSource, Kirsten led the US HR function for APAX Partners, a global private equity group, where she handled significant organizational transformations using key HR practices.
A native of Germany, Kirsten holds a Diploma (M.A. equivalent) from the University of Cologne, Germany in Psychology and a M.A. in Personnel Psychology from New York University. |

Jim DeCicco Managing Director, Sales and Client Operations, Americas
Jim DeCicco is head of GoldenSource operations in the Americas, and is responsible for spearheading the company’s continued growth in the region. Based in New York, Jim heads up the sales, professional services and account management teams that are responsible for new business development, implementation services and delivering customer care and support.
Jim has been with GoldenSource for 13 years, holding a variety of senior executive roles. Previously Jim was head of the professional services business and development teams for the company in America. He has a strong background in the financial services and capital markets industries. Prior to GoldenSource, Jim held positions at Bankers Trust and Merrill Lynch. |

Neill Vanlint Managing Director, EMEA and Asia
Neill Vanlint is head of the company's operations in Europe and Asia, and is responsible for spearheading the company’s strategic international growth. Based in the company’s European headquarters in London, Neill heads up the sales, professional services and account management teams that are responsible for new business development, implementation services and delivering customer care and support.
Neill has a strong technical background in sales and software implementations that spans working closely with customers across the US, Asia and Europe.With over 20 years experience with GoldenSource, Neill has held a variety of senior management positions including several years as head of the company’s international Professional Services Group. Neill has been instrumental in driving the growth and productivity of GoldenSource’s European operations and has the background and expertise to manage and accelerate growth in Asia. |

Tom Stock SVP, Product Management
Tom Stock is SVP of Product Management. He began his career developing enterprise systems for American Express and Bank of New York. Stock and has over20 years experience in the software industry. As a veteran manager at GoldenSource with 15 years on the leadership team, Tom has held various management positions in GoldenSource's development and support organizations. In this capacity Tom has been closely involved in supporting most of the major GoldenSource installations. Tom reports to Mark Zill and has the dual responsibility for product management for the securities accounting functions of the GoldenSource EDM product suite and as a separate business solution.
Tom received a BA in Finance and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Madison. |

Gert Raeves SVP, Strategic Business Development and Marketing
Gert Raeves is leading the company's global strategic marketing initiatives and drive for brand growth. The role encompasses identifying and developing strategic global partnerships with third party software vendors. Working closely with Product Management and GoldenSource Business Solutions, Raeves is helping to steer GoldenSource strategy and product planning to ensure alignment with markets and customers.
The role also includes responsibility for market assessment, customer/market segmentation and all aspects of market communications activities and public relations. Prior to GoldenSource, Raeves gained industry expertise and experience through a variety of key roles in product marketing, development and management at CheckFree and SWIFT.Raeves began his career at JP Morgan in 1995, where he worked in operational and supervisory roles in settlement, foreign exchange and client liaison. |
