As Freud never said - What do buyers want? The economics of selling specialised products and services is a funny thing - and tends to use phrases like 'return on investment', and 'reduced operational costs' to hide the unpleasant fact that very often we cannot easily quantify every Euro, Dollar or Pound that will be spent or saved during a project.
