FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: GoldenSource Corporation, a global software provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) solutions for financial and securities institutions, today announced a number of key appointments. Dave Goodman joins GoldenSource as chief financial officer, Jim DeCicco has been promoted to managing director of client operations for the Americas and Philip Corryn joins as head of sales for North America. As CFO, Goodman is responsible for the company's overall financial discipline and administrative functions. A Certified Public Accountant, Goodman has extensive international experience in finance, strategy, operations, planning and administration. Prior to joining GoldenSource, Goodman was CFO for Superscape Group plc, a technology and video game publisher headquartered in the UK, and subsequently acquired by Glu Mobile, a NASDAQ listed publisher of mobile games. Previously, Goodman has held senior finance positions with Christie's International plc, Bloomberg LP., PolyGram Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating with a degree in Political Science from Cornell University. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University. DeCicco has been with GoldenSource for over 13 years, serving in leadership roles in product development and professional services. His product knowledge, proven leadership and team building skills give him excellent credentials to assume the role of SVP and Managing Director of the Americas reporting directly to Mike Meriton, the CEO. In this new role, DeCicco is responsible for spearheading the company’s strategic business growth and solution delivery capability to the company’s expanding customer base. Philip Corryn joins as head of sales for North America, reporting into Jim DeCicco. Phil is a data management veteran formerly with Asset Control and SunGard data management systems. He will leverage his significant experience in selling highly complex mid-to-back data management solutions to institutional investors, brokerage firms and banks. In his role Corryn will be responsible for identifying and maximizing opportunities to deliver value to new and existing customers. "The topic of enterprise data management has never been more topical and has never been higher on the agenda of data managers, risk managers and C-level executives," said Mike Meriton, CEO GoldenSource. "These additions to the leadership team will strengthen GoldenSource's continued commitment to its customers and ensure we are ready to support the next phase of growth and development for the company." In addition to these appointments, GoldenSource recently promoted Gert Raeves to SVP of Strategic Business Development & Marketing. In his expanded role Raeves will focus on building strategic partnerships with third parties that complement and extend GoldenSource's reach. At the same time, Neil Edelstein has taken up the role of VP of marketing for North America, reporting into Raeves. As a reference data specialist, Edelstein will be crucial in maintaining GoldenSource's position as the leading EDM provider and growing the brand in this market. * * *
