Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of highly qualified Software Architects Provide the Architecture Road Map of GoldenSource Products Technical Design Reviews to support Product Management and Product Development in delivering high quality software Technical Design Reviews of the software implementations Demonstrating GoldenSource Architecture to internal and external Customers Execute Research and produce Research papers to support the Architecture and Product Management Provide architectural and technological expert knowledge to support Sales and Pre-Sales Operations Document the overall product architecture Help improve quality of GOLDENSOURCE products on a design and component dependency level Facilitating Research within the organization. Hands – on management skills
Qualifications, Experience & other Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements
Deep Understanding of Application Servers; Experience with multiple application servers Deep understanding of Operating Systems In depth J2EE knowledge including other related technology areas Creative Thinking Analytical skills Experience in designing scalable and performing solutions on a large scales Good communication skills Presentation Skills
Preferred Requirements
C++ skills
Education & Experience:
10+ years of experience in large software development 7+ years of experience in J2EE development BE or MCA from a reputable university
