Through these channels, we proactively solicit customer feedback, which is used by our Product Management team to help shape the future direction of our product.

GoldenSource Customer Advisory Group meetings provide an excellent forum for clients to discuss industry trends, business priorities, as well as provide input into the strategic direction of the product.

GoldenSource support and development staff can be accessed via web or phone on a 24 x 7 basis. In addition to tracking and reporting features, users can download software and documentation, view a history of calls and access the GoldenSource bulletin board. The helpdesk assures that global assistance is always there for our customers.
