Before joining GoldenSource, Jamie drove market expansion and customer success as President of Beacon Platform, and previously spent eight years at SimCorp, where he led North American growth and helped scale the business from €200 million to €550 million by focusing on innovation and client partnerships. He also held senior executive roles at SunGard and began his career as a management consultant.

Jamie’s hands-on leadership style is marked by a passion for partnering closely with clients to deliver meaningful business impact, guiding teams in a dynamic, open culture. Originally from Wisconsin and now based in New York, Jamie enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, and traveling with his family.

Marc Mallett serves as Chief Commercial Officer at GoldenSource, where he leads global sales, marketing, and revenue growth efforts with a clear focus on expanding the company’s impact across the financial services industry. Since joining in early 2025, Marc has been instrumental in elevating GoldenSource’s market presence and aligning commercial strategies with client needs to drive meaningful outcomes.

Before GoldenSource, Marc was Chief Strategy Officer at Northern Trust Asset Servicing, leading transformative global initiatives that strengthened the firm’s multi-billion-dollar business. His extensive experience also includes senior roles at SimCorp—where he drove record sales growth in North America—and leadership positions at Fidelity Investments and Citisoft, which he co-founded. Over two decades, Marc has built a deep expertise at the intersection of fintech, investment management, and enterprise data solutions.

Marc is known for his passion for client alignment and commercial execution, helping clients harness technology to meet their evolving data management and analytics needs. Originally from Boston, he now lives near Chicago with his family and enjoys golf and personal fitness outside of work.

Swati Tyagi is Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at GoldenSource, where she leads product strategy to continuously evolve solutions that address the complex needs of the firm’s global financial services clients. With over 20 years of experience, Swati brings expertise in product management, business analysis, and governance, risk & compliance, combined with strong knowledge of financial services and investment research.

Swati’s leadership is especially vital as GoldenSource continues to innovate data management solutions that address evolving industry needs following its 2022 acquisition by private equity firm Gemspring Capital. Before joining GoldenSource, she was Vice President of Product Management at Sentieo, a financial intelligence platform acquired by AlphaSense, where she helped drive product innovation that empowers investors with smarter research tools.

Derek Apfel serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GoldenSource, where he leads finance, operations, HR, and corporate development with a sharp, ROI-driven focus on accelerating global growth.

Since joining GoldenSource in 2023, Derek has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and driving strategic initiatives that support its continued expansion in the enterprise data management space for financial services.

Derek brings a diverse and deep background in strategic finance, operations, and mergers and acquisitions, gained through years as an operator, advisor, and investor in technology-focused companies. Before GoldenSource, he was CFO at Tilting Point, where he managed rapid organic growth and multiple acquisitions. Derek’s earlier experience includes investment roles with Capitol Acquisition III, where he played a key part in taking Cision public, as well as leadership positions in investment banking at Citi and Bank of America, overseeing more than $40 billion in M&A, debt, and equity capital raises.

Derek holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston College. Based in New York, he combines his professional commitments with interests in emerging technologies and leadership development. Ravi Mahadevan is Senior Vice President of Product Development at GoldenSource, leading the Product Engineering team from the company’s development center in Mumbai.
